BG No Fear Racing

After a poor start in the formula 500 No Fear Racing pulled the plug on its efforts with this and took part in the MX-5 cup.

With its 3 drivers

Chucky 1982, GTR Evoluzione and its quickest driver FranchittiFan it has been a good series for them all. With the close racing and short distances are suiting the boys.

With the Abarth trophy behind us now the 3 drivers had a good result overall.

FranchittiFan (Chaddy) finished in a great 2nd place.

Chucky 1982 (Jamie) finished in a very good 5th place.

GTR Evoluzione (Chris) finished in a respectable 10th place.

The team had this to say

"The Abarth Trophy is just what we needed, some great finishes for are return, shame we can’t say the same with the Formula 500, after the first meeting not getting a good result at all. We will try again at Motegi and decide if to continue in the races or not."

No Fear Racing has confirmed entry into the Formula 500.

The team picked the Mercedes touring car they used for the DTM championship in 2010.

"We have updated the paintwork from the old design we used, we have signed Chucky 1982 to take the lead car and also signed a rookie up who has never competed at TORA or any championship series. We are hoping to run a third car also for this series as the rookie will be on learning basis and just be trying to keep his nose clean while he gets used to championship running."

With 2012 getting ever nearer No Fear Racing is preparing to try and battle up the leaderbroad.

We hope to to be strong in the pre season series that are happening at tora, we are currently entred in the TORA MSA Abarth Trophy Season 2. As being run as a drivers event and no team scoring it will still be a good showing of how the drivers are improving.

After just one event, a disappointing start but a good start as Chucky 1982 finished 12th and GTR Evoluzione one from the back in 15th.
