I'm really hoping for an All-Star race! Really up for that!

I'm going to try to run it if Mario doesn't want to.

The way that I'm running it: First we have the Showdown where any currently registered driver that has never won a race nor a championship can have a shot at the All-Star Race. Qualifying will consist of one warm-up, two flying, and the cool down. The fastest 16 will make it to the Showdown and we have a 50 lap race.

The All-Star Race will be a week after the Showdown. To be eligible for the All-Star Race, you must have either a win or a championship in any of the previous seasons. Qualifying will be one warm-up, one flying, another flying with a pit stop involved, and cool down. The race will have a 40 lap segment, two 20 lap segments, and a 10 lap segment.

Hope this isn't to confusing.

I Still have a stewards inquiry from Silverstone that I submitted straight after the event... Why hasn't it been investigated?

We only had one from Warspite after Silverstone mate are you sure you did it?

100% Told Mario about it in a party straight after and sent him a message about it, then messaged Trash about it when Mario didn't reply

So yeah... Would kinda like it to be investigated....

k Folks, with the Time change in the UK this morning, the US is now currently only 4hrs behind rather than 5, which would put the Final round of TASCAR this coming Saturday at 5:30pm EDT rather than 4:30pm EDT, (time on the UK side wont change, being at the normal meeting start time of 9:30pm GMT)

Also, as its the final Round, the Registration thread will close at the same time as the Sign-In sheet for the race, 1hr before Meeting start.

Ok so it'll be my first TASCAR race at Motegi so I need to know about the pit exit. How do we exit the pit lane? It sounds like a dumb question but obviously driving straight out is dangerous but the inside of the track is sticky  Anyway I just want to know how to exit the pits.

We may just use the inside of turns 1&2.

i would agree with Chaddy, and use the inside apron through 1&2 and merge back at the exit of turn 2. i will test this in a couple moments

Yeah the apron is sticky.

Just tested it out, and uploaded the replay to my Storefront, labeled "TASCAR F PITS". Basically showing the ins and outs of the pits. i did find a small portion of the apron that 'isn't' sticky, which is the darker pavement closest to the white line. You will see in that replay, the Lap 3 pit-exit, i tried to carry too much speed to stay below the white line, and started sliding up onto the racing surface sooner than the exit of Turn 2. On Lap 4, it was managed a lot better, and i hope everyone can follow suit with.  AND As Always, MAKE SURE TO CALL OUT WHEN YOU ARE PITTING 'IN' AND EXITING THE PITS Please gentlemen.

Dependent on work rotas + engineering work, I am aiming to compete in the finale. I will put in an application, but I won't know for sure til tomorrow evening.
