Re: Mini Mayhem General Discussion
OK everyone, the points have been tallied for Race 5. You can check them out in the Driver & Team standings post. If anyone is missing points, please let me know.
Now for the final decision on Race 2 of Lobby A. It has been determined that due to the mass drop of the lobby, the field will be scored at positions the drivers were at on the last full lap which was lap 10.
The finishing order is as follows:
1st) S2M Ranger
2nd) CQR Smokey
3rd) Dazzo1908
4th) Plow Tubbi
5th) LMR Agera
6th) XPR Devil
7th) VAMR Wilson
8th) cpt nemo71
Tubbi and I want to thank you all for your patience until we got this sorted out.

Re: Mini Mayhem General Discussion
Thank you for letting us use the count back system and not to re-run the second race as it gave me the win over CQR smokey, unlucky bud it was going to the last lap last corner !

Re: Mini Mayhem General Discussion
I have to say after looking at the replay for race 2 of A Lobby, thatwas one of the best races I have ever seen. I swear I didn't know what was going to give first. Rangers rear bumper or Smokeys front. I am going to have to watch it again, dvr it and put it up on YouTube. I really would have liked to have seen that one go to the end.
Re: Mini Mayhem General Discussion
Yeah, agreed. Me and smokey were watching it earlier. Really great racing from both Ranger and Smokey

Re: Mini Mayhem General Discussion
Thanks for watching it but what it does show is that two drivers can race tooth and nail and still keep it clean and fair ! I hold my hat off and have great respect for CQR Smokey as he could of span me at any given time but didn't opting to fight it out showing how all battles should be fought.
Again that has been said:
Well done to all in this championship ok I started late 1 being I was still racing in another championship and 2 I didn't know of it till XPR Devil asked for a tune to help him out a little but after driving the mini I thought I have to have some of that !
I have met some new friends ( dazzo ) and spoken to some old ones but all in all this has been a sweet championship and myself look forward to another season and I might even try the clubman for a giggle.
Catch you all late kids
Regards Granpa Ranger

sorry you didn't race bud but for some reason I didn't get your name off tubbi to invite you into lobby B, the night was a little manic and I'm sorry you didn't get to race and will take any telling off for this....dinosilenzi wrote:PLOW tubbi i'm sorry for not racing last night, but i have not received an invitation.

Re: Mini Mayhem General Discussion
Well where to begin....
First off, thank you everyone for your kind words. This series has been top notch and a very clean battle throughout the whole 6 weeks. Met some great people along the way and some brilliant drivers too.
When I first entered into this series (or forced onto by CQR Smokey), I really had no idea what to expect. With it being my first ever championship, I set myself the goal of a top 10 finish at best.
The first qualifying session was a nightmare! Thought for sure I was gonna throw up with nerves lol. After a couple of weeks of getting to know people, I really started to calm down and enjoy the bumper to bumper racing. Knowing that all the races were gonna be clean and well fought was what it was all about for me. The high finishing positions were a bonus.
Never in a month of Sundays did I think I would top the table with the level of competition that entered this series. It looks like the hundreds upon hundreds of test laps really paid off in the end. As well as having an amazing teammate (CQR Smokey) for support.
Again, thank you to everyone who took part. You certainly made it one to remember for me and looking forward to seeing what other series are going to be announced in the near future.
