F4H Internal Awards

Just thought i'd post this up. Would love to see other teams do something like this.

I do this purely to show appreciation for what some members of the team have done. In the future I would love to get an outside influence on the voting procedure. Anyway here they are and hopefully other teams can do this in the future.

Sounds like a brilliant idea Chris, and an extremely good way of showing appreciation for each hard-working member.

Will have to ~~steal~~ *uhum* borrow that idea if that's cool with you dude. Smile

TORA should do one also, the community could nominate and then vote.

Yeah I thought about reaching out to some clubs who have raced against us because I feel outside perspective is good also. In hindsight I regret not doing it now but over the next year i'll keep an eye on teams competing against us and ask them.

I believe we did do that in 2010 & 2011, but with so many members in the community and many different teams in a lot of different series, its probably too hard to single out one individual.
