Hi all,

For the upcoming MSA TORA GP Classics on Forza 5 the below cars will be used -

McLaren M23 Team McLaren #11 R 899

&

Ferrari #1 Ferrari Scuderia 312 T2 R899

Both Cars are been tested at the moment and builds are not final however, We would like your help!, if you would like to help out during the phase 1 of testing can you test the cars around tracks below in stock -

Silverstone Grand Prix -
Spa-Francorchamps -
Sebring Full -
Road Atlanta Full -
Laguna Seca -
Le Mans Bugatti -
Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya Full -
Yas Marina (Grand Prix) Full -
Bathurst Full -

Yep can we look to upragde tyre widths on mc but keep ferrari stock widths

not looked into the builds or tunes on these but from the one run I did it felt like the MC had loads more down force on than the F stock?

Anyone done a full upgrade to both and implemented similar tunes to see how they fair then against each other?

Im starting to go through each track today and test the cars in stock. 5 laps each. Anyone on who wants to help go through them would be appreciated. Msg me on the xbox one.


edit: Also would be handy if you made sure it was done on rivals and clean. That way other people can race against each other ghosts to help improve it and get a more accurate reading of the times we are getting with cars

This has been done with only the Braking line

MSA TORA GP Classics Car List and Public Testing F1test12

Ferrari on Bugatti will go a lot quicker
Ferrari and McLaren on Yas will go a lot quicker

On average about 2 secs a difference on each track overall.
Parts wise its race brakes and that’s it, they will help but its really all about the tunes.

You are right, the MC does has more Downforce as stock. The ferrari is more aggresive and accelerates better in straight and out of corners. I have seen an improvement in lap times while using TCS by almost a second on the ferrari. Not sure yet how it works out on the MC.

I reckon putting more donwforce will help the ferrari benefit more from it than the MC purely because it will allow a driver to put max power through the tyres without it losing grip.

We will be running this as 1 make series due to the gap in lap times.

Cars can be badged and we will aim to run another classics series using the other car or another 60's or 80's classic f1 car later in they year Wink hint hint dlc

McLaren M23 Team McLaren #11 as its the easiest to replica and remodel to a number of classic f1 paints from 70's Smile will announce rules later and build.

I tried this a few days ago, so it might have been patched:

Go to rivals, go on B class & Silverstone National, set the top time as your rival (-0:05.000 (Yes, his time really is -5 seconds!)). Run as many laps as possible. I got over 750,000 Cr from doing 20 laps in a Mercedes A45.
