ok as forza 4 dont have a general discussion thread iv no were else to put this i was just browsing through the achieves and noticed theirs some events and cars that haven't been used or i can find them lol there is one car on my mind atm and its the LOTUS 2-ELEVEN or the 1971 FERRARI #2 FERRARI AUTOMOBILI 312 P id like to see a series with either of these....
as they are stock and with race brakes and race tires not allowing any tuning i think this would make the racing abit more intresting as it would make every car equal and comes down to driving i know you cant govern if people will tune or not but thats were honesty comes in to it lol i dunno what do i know mabey something to think about some time when possibly just a thought lol..

You can lock the race to all stock cars only without tunes or upgrades as far as i know

Spec cup uses this kind of idea, as does Ax4x's events, there has been and are some currently running events that run No Tuning/Building.

The Lotus 211... a while back I had that same thought, and hosted a test lobby to see how it would fare. Problem is the car handles so great that nobody ever made a mistake, so once the cars got past a few turns, everyone just spread out and there was no passing, or really any battles to speak of. Idea got ditched within five laps of a few tracks.

Ferrari 312P... that would be a great spec formula, as long as everyone has the DLC. We try not to force DLC Cups as that can make racing get more expensive. Not only for the purchase of DLC, but a hard drive as well, as 4G consoles don't hold enough content.

ohh i did not know the ferrari was dlc bang goes that idea lol i actually liked the pug spec cup no tuneing made it more of a fair race as im useless at tuning...as still being a novice id like to see more events for the new guys like novice spec cups etc as i dont know about others but i find it alittle dis heartning allways finishing last abd being in the lower lobbys lol i actually thought i was good online with forza then i found tora and found out im actually poo poo lol...well it was just a thought lol

No tuning is great for lower class cars. Once you start going up over R3 it's not as fun driving those monsters when you're oversteer all the time.

Get some variety into the series.

^ We did a GT1 Corvette/Viper/Aston series with no tuning, and it was actually quite good. Same with JGTC GT300 Soobie/Nissans.... which is one series I'd suggest to anyone who wants a no-tune R Class spec series.
