Welcome. I'm another noob here. I'm entering my 2nd series and have been solo for each one. I'm not too fast (YET), so didn't want to worry about bringing others down with me, lol. But from what I've seen here, that isn't always a big concern for everyone around here. The teamwork element and helping each other (practice, tips, tuning, etc) is 2nd to none with this group. If you want to fly solo, do it. If you want to join a team, just post in one of the event threads and I'm sure someone will reach out and grab you up.
