The cars in GTA IV had a really low top-speed so I reckon it won't feel bigger when you're driving through it at 200 mph.

This game looks really good, but the gameplay footage looks nothing like the announcement trailer btw. That doesn't mean it's bad - it's still awesome. Has a NFS and Horizon feel about it.

Yeah agreed Stan the announcement trailer really is eye candy but gameplay wish it dosent look very next gen.
