Good racing as always last night. I was pressing on so hard that the sweat was rolling off all over, but so worth it.

That was a pretty intense race. Thought for sure you were going to pull out of the pits in front of me on that last stop! Looking forward to long beach!

Yeah, great racing! It's refreshing to race online without all the crazies and cheaters. Hopefully I can get a bit more competent for the next one. Sorry to whoever was behind me when I almost lost the car a couple of times.

Maybe it's too early to know, but will there be a "Season 2" of this series?

Did anyone manage to download the replay from tonight at VIR from the B lobby? I tried but failed.. That was one of the best races I've ever been in, I'd love to watch the replay. 3 wide going into the hair pin before the back straight and everyone came out clean... Lots of tight passes.. Great race everyone, let me know if a replay exists, thanks!

I have the replay, hope to share it tomorrow.

Must say you drove a good race and had a great strategy. When I saw you made it to lap 15 for first pit, I knew you had the upper hand.

Thanks Mikey, the last lap was very white knuckle lol I ran out of gas about 5 feet before the finish line and sputtered across for the win. I could only hear a handful of people on mic so I didn't realize I was the only one who made it on 2 stops until the race was finished.

Up front we lapped positions all the way up to 6th or 7th and the back markers really did do a great job of trying to stay out of the way, it was a great race. I think more people would start to like that track with a bit more use!

I know I'm a slow rookie, and was really trying to give room to the leaders. I was two laps down because I had to take a piss pit stop. Sorry to hold everyone up. Just happy to be getting some good experience with driving along with others. Those regular MP sessions in FM6 are just crash fests. It's great to drive with racers that you can learn from, and are also considerate. As soon as I get a better wheel and more practice, I will get better.

Shneeb, I dont remember you getting in the way at all, no worries. Which wheel are you using? I've found that wheel settings can make a huge difference in drive-ability and the second most important thing for me was tuning the car for driving with a wheel rather than a controller. It took me more than a month to finally get faster with my wheel than with my controller

Foreu2env, I started with FM4 and was given a MS 360 wheel, which was a good starter wheel. But not compatible with FM6, and I have been waiting for the dust to settle on choosing the THMaster or the Logi G920. Pretty much decided on the G920 with the GTEYE spring mod, and have been told also that my steering is erratic with the MS360 wheel that I'm using with a converter dongle that makes it work with FM6. So, any day now I'm going to order the G920 and move up. I just recently moved to no assists also, so that's been my immediate focus. Just curious, what wheel are you using?

I had the Fanatec CSR for FM4 and now I have the Fanatec CSW v2 for FM6. It's not the most affordable option but I wanted the ability to make adjustments to my settings on the fly, without having to go into game menus. Plus I have a PS4 and wanted the option to be able to play the next Gran Turismo game as well.

If you're using the MS360 wheel with the CronusMax adapter without force feedback, that's got to be tough and probably easily explains erratic steering. If you ever want to run laps/test/tune, hit me up, there's quite a few people that practice in private lobbies on a regular basis.

It's been awesome, I really hope there's a season 2! It's the only USA-time friendly league running with cars higher than A-Class during the week.. everything else is either running slower cars, running on the weekends, or running based on UK time which makes it impossible for me to join.

It's been a blast!
