get the forza tuning app for your phone (its a dollar) but worth it. i use it and its helped me out

So at Catalunya my controller shuts off... Irritating but theres always the drop round..

Le Mans, controller shuts off with 4 laps left even though its connected by USB cable.. Throwing away everything...

I've now had 5 races this year where my controller (xbox controller 3 times, Fanatec CSWv2 twice) has inexplicably shut off in the middle of a race for no damn reason. Meanwhile, i've never had a controller shut off during practice sessions, during non-tora racing, or while playing any other games.. It ONLY happens during TORA race events.

I dont even know what to think anymore. It must be aliens.

I had that issue a while back. Bought new batteries, and reduced the vibration. The combo helped cure the issue. It seems that rechargable batteries wear over time, getting minutely shorter over repeated installations and removals. Heavy vibrations can actually shake them loose. So, new batts and 50% vibration seems to control that issue for me.

Yeah I've used rechargable batteries for several years and after 500 (this number varies based on brand and type) recharges they seem to be junk and don't hold juice very long anymore.

I was really impressed with the level of door to door driving I saw between competitors yesterday...some of the best I've seen in a while. I had a few battles myself with multiple people and a heart pounding final sector and finish in race 3. Looking forward to next week but not looking forward to it ending. Cheers
