So I have signed in for this Sunday at Spa! Where do I specify which Qualy session or will I just receive an invite for Qualy at 7pm? And I'm entering as a privateer as you know for the #YMTVST but it says n/a on the sign in form, how do I change that please?

Yes.
Make sure you're online around 15mins prior to the start of the session and you'll recelve an invite. The Live Timing screen will also have you lobby host indicated so you can also hunt them down!
