Description by HCR Cerberus: After a poor eau rouge/raidillon bilyso pulled along side into braking for les combes, though the second part he cuts across my nose as if there was no one there costing me 3 places. he showed a blatant disregard for anyone else's race, it was the fifth time he his me that race including a dive into stavelot and several rear ends in the bus stop trying to force a gap and if needed i can provide evidence for most of them to. Also his car didn't have the [Censored] it need, quick point there.

Stewards Decision: Bilysoo: -3 Position Penalty. The stewards agreed that Bilysoo caused the incident by going to the inside and initiating contact. Only a minor penalty is needed.

As for the paint query, that was dismissed as Bilysoo did run a correct livery, however it was just a paint glitch.

Description by HCR Motorhead: Into turn 1, Lee causes a Newton's cradle type of crash which directly affects 3 other named drivers, ending in me being forced off track and losing 3 positions from my race 2 grid position, disregarding the gains made from the start call.

Note: As standard operating procedure, as Motorhead is Head Steward and a member of staff, Motorhead recused himself from the investigation other than to opening the Stewart Inquiry.


Steward Decision: JSR LeeCampbell: -5 position penalty.  While it is obvious that LeeCampbell did not intentionally cause the accident, his initial collision with the rear of WR Virus's Porsche caused numerous drivers to lose positions on track.

Description by gman555: i was on the circuit in 8 position and mrt anm 79 had stopped . i was on the racing line and i noticed he was coming towards me and we collided head-on. i managed to get to the pits and get repaired and carry on racing.

Stewards Decision: MRT ANM 79: Race Disqualification. From the defendant's statement, we unfortunately had no choice but to apply a DQ. Under no circumstances should you drive backwards on track, even if it is a mistake or with better intentions.

Description by JGROVES1996: Hamish hits the right-rear of my exiting druids and puts us both in the wall. I know after a few seconds the cars were hooked, but the initial contact was still on him. Completely 100% damaged most parts of my car.

Stewards Decision: Dragonsyoung: -2 Points Penalty. Despite the defendant claiming fake news, the stewards harmoniously agreed that the replay doesn't lie and that there could be no known playback errors that could affect and hence mitigate this outcome, so a minor penalty is applied.

Regarding Steward inquiry 234:

Eventhough Dragonsyoung cut the pit entry by going over the green painted area, I don't see any advantage gained from it or why it should be penalized that hard for being it a first offence. After driving with him for some years now I can tell that Dragons is somebody who respects the rules and would be one of the last persons on earth to do something like that on purpose. We don't call ourselves the Clean Racers Association for nothing.
And we all know that the Forza replays are not 100% accurate. Yes, he may have cut the pit entry, but it's very likely that it wasn't that "extreme" as depicted as well.

Also nobody experienced a disadvantage from it. The driver of the car which was right behind him at that time - who is the accuser in this case - didn't have to dodge him or anything and finished the race in front of him after all. (Freheliaz 13th and Dragons 14th)
With more than half a lap of distance between each other at race end, I might add!

So with all due respect, but this decision is not just excessively harsh, it's also extremely nitpicky.
Which is why I'd like to ask you to reduce this penalty to a warning. If he does it again you can penalize him all you want. And me with it, because I'm absolutely sure that this won't happen in the first place.
