So tonight is my (our/Teams) first event... What's the best way to communicate with one another? Are the races going to broadcast on Twitch or any other outlet? Any/All information would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sure you already found some of this out, as in communications via the XBL party system.

Not sure if you knew about the streaming, but ShortTrackFox usually streams any races he is in, and has posted at least one of last night's races to Youtube.
