Add a rear tire width on the BMW, add like 7-10 HP in the Merc.

I did a quick test today of all the cars at Le Mans Bugatti, and the BMW was fastest. The Audi, Honda and Chevy were after that, all on a similar lap time (within .500 of each other). The Merc was close to 3 seconds slower...

So I used this BoP in RORA for our "KTCC" series, and it was fine. However, we didn't have aliens setting record lap times. lol!

Staff will be checking to make sure the BoP balances, be it over the season or at each round.

I don't normally get involved with these things but the merc deff needs boosting was on average 1.5secs slower in the merc to everything else round bugatti but with a race air filter added to the build  I was able to bring it up 2 pace

Having had a busy life this past week, I was unable to do any of the much needed BoP adjustments. And with just two days notice, I feel it is too late to do any this week.

However, there is an off week following this round. Expect some BoP'ing to happen at that point.

All I will say is that there is a reason why everyone picked the Honda and why the top 4 in race 1 and 2 at Brands were all Hondas. Would've been top 5 all Hondas in both races if Haydie hadn't been wrecked in race 2. It's already looking like the same picture for Bugatti.

the Honda is the easier car to drive, the other cars can get the times, it just takes more effort. Buff the Mercedes only car that needs it u nerf any other car and you kill it just like the merc is dead atm.

As much as i love driving an underdog car in this series. Mercs speed disadvantage becomes such and issue that its actualy very dangerous to others to be on the track with the merc.

the honda and audi are on par with each other and can easy get the times where the cruz and bmw take a lot of work and a very good tune to get the same results and the guys that was in top 5 last week aint slow either

TL;DR the Merc *should* be getting a buff going into Round 3.

Also, those who finished at the front could've done so in the Honda or Audi, and maybe the Cruze with some effort. I had a 47.2 in it with stock gears, so I imagine I could've knocked some time out of it with better gears and more effort.

I must have a different interpretation of passing under braking, or people need to be better aware of who's around them, and using mirrors and proximity arrows more and better.

For what ever reason, I am naturally able to really brake late and hard, and not lock the wheels.

I dont know how many times I did this this morning in lobby C, but nearly all of them, the car I had pulled along side still turns in and we make contact.

There was one time where I did make a mistake, and went straight through between a gap in some cars at turn 1 (to avoid drilling someone in the rear), but someone was on the outside of me, and still turned in and made contact. I slowed to give the spot back, because it was my mistake initially, but looking back, was the contact my mistake or his mistake for not having spacial awareness?

So whats the go with passing under braking?
If I pull along side someone in the braking zone (generally upto the B pillar).....do I then have the position, and he has to yield the position?

Or, something else?

Not having a go at anyone, if I've got it wrong by TORA rules, my bad and I'll make changes for next round. But I've never had this happen so often in other TORA series.

@Joker - the first bit is situation-dependent, but relying on others for spatial awareness tends to not work out. Reacting to near-misses is, well, hit or miss.

2nd point- My rule of thumb is, if my front wheel is up to your rear, I have a lane and you must respect it. If you wanna go side by side, fine, but you can't pretend I'm not there and run standard racing lines. If someone is pushing you off-track/blocking you in that position, that's something to speak to the stewards about. If you're getting to their b-pillar *once* you get on the brakes, that is situation-dependent as well.

All of A lobby - we made it, it was a nightmare, I honestly think that round should be null/void. I'll take the hit on Mead getting screwed over in R1, thought he was in party and when I called out a time/sent a time he missed the memo.

I think I'm gonna pull my entry from this series. Even under normal circumstances these races are a bit late with my work schedule, and with XBL not doing us any favors, I just can't do it.

Race 1 is enough evidence the round should be nulled. Since Mead didn't know the start time, it threw everyone off since as we were starting he was going in reverse into me and the others directly behind me. It is not in any way his fault, and it was just absolute craziness. Heck, for a second I thought it was an aborted start. I'm definitely not going to submit an SI over it but I have the replay shared and can share the clip of what happened as evidence of the chaos.
