Yeah, i had 09, but found it extremely boring with those "generic" models, and the graphics of a PS2 game. I never got that Locker thing working. I downloaded Paint.net, but nothing ever worked like I hoped. It basically failed, so I traded it for Forza 3. I'm still a huge fan of Nascar Thunder 2003, even though some parts aren't too realistic.

yeah, the EA Locker was a bitch to get running right, but once it was running properly, getting your designs over to 09 wasnt hard. a DMR teammate knew a guy who did beautiful work replicating the Dale Sr special liveries. i downloaded the Coca Cola Red one, the Wheaties one, and some others im forgetting

I wish I had gotten it working, but I just gave up, considering I didn't want to go online with it. I hope eventually they come out with a half-way decent NASCAR game again, maybe with some actual car models too Rolling Eyes .
I went to play Nascar Thunder 2003 last night, but gave up after the horrendous control and the Gamecube controller hurting my hands after 3 laps.. It was horrible, and the worse part is, I was in 1st, Caution came out and once the replay was done and the flag was dropped, I was back in 43rd. Maybe the rules have changed, but I wish there was a better updated game that I understood what was happening.

Seriously guys, NASCAR Racing 2003 by Papyrus is the finest simulation ever developed, more so than any other PC sim. The only thing thats surpassed it is iRacing, which is based off the NR2003 code which can be traced back to 1998's Grand Prix Legends!

I have Nascar Racing 2002 by Papyrus. Installed it on my laptop last month to play offshore but the game doesn't recognize the keyboard Sad

Me and Ian played that game for years when I first got it and we basically made a whole Nascar field ourselves and painted every single car. The start of M&M Racing aswell Very Happy One of the best and most fun games I have. Nothing compares to having 43 cars all racing on the same track so close together.

Wish I still had all of those old paints tho Sad

I had this same problem with GPL and NASCAR 4, but its easily solved! use the number pad all the way over to the right of the keboard! Those work!

Yeah I know that what I used to use when I had it on my PC, but my Laptop doesn't have a Num pad. Might look into getting a 360 controller working on the laptop one way or another this time home.

I use a 360 wired controller for pc games, advice dont use the analog stick, when you change settings it always goes slightly right.

Richy if your there is a numlock key on your laptop you'll have a numpad on it. The numbers are usually around the JKL on your keyboard.
