COD - BLACK OPS

So who like me with the disapointment of MEDAL OF HONOUR, has now high hopes for black ops?

We will be runing FPS nights and if any 1 wants to start MW2 FPS nights agian feel free.

MoH isn't bad, its just not great. The single player is pretty enjoyable and the Multiplayer is just BF2 but not with the massive battles. It's a strange one with the graphics, in some scenes they are really really good especially with the lighting, but then you go to the next mission and it looks like a PS2. I'm enjoying it, but once I've played it through I can't see me going back to it.

As for Black Ops, I'm getting it, but I'm not excited about it. It's just CoD...again. Doesn't look any different apart from the setting. Can't wait for the BF2 Vietnam add on. Fallout comes out next week and that and Halo will keep me busy for awhile

Yea defo fall out vegas, but friend of mine at work who run a clan, said if we get enough ppl on coh - black ops we will have wager clan matches

Im using a 1 month Gold card i got this weekend so if anyone fancies it I'll run a few COD nights until it runs out. Mainly got it for Battlefield tho. Really excited for Black Ops. Thats is gona be awesome. Im all for clan wagers Duncan.

It is Duncan, also I might host a Zombies night on Monday. Seeing how there is a good chance, I will get it from Shopto on Monday.

But if not, then I may host one after 2pm or 4pm on release day.

Not me I'm gettin it for my Xmas, as I simply won't play it under the mountain of games I have recently bought. Kind of looking forward to it, but also not really bothered about it.

I am simply in awe at the amount of comments on youtube that say ''WHO ARE THESE CHARACTERS?!'', ''Uhhh... thats Dick Cheney, and I don't know who that spanish dude is..''

On a very geeky space flight orientated note, I noticed a Soyuz-2 Rocket with an unmanned payload (can be identified by the large fairing) complete with a semi-acurate Soyuz launch pad. From this I'm guessing there will be a map based at Baikonour Cosmodrome in Khazakstan

Just went to Asda and there was easily 200+ queuing up with an hour to wait. I did wonder why the car park was half full with people hotboxing their cars.

im picking it up tomorrow. this'll be my first FPS purchase, but not my first game in this war-theme genre. i had played Warhawk on my PS3 when my original 360 was in its coffin going to Texas and back (warhawk is 3rd person though)

Just home from a shift to launch this where I work, must have had well over 200 people queuing up for it, only for the bloody tills to fail!

Yeah same here although my brothers gonna get it first, cos im getting Kinect and he want Black Ops so ill try it out on his PS3 and if i like it (which i doubt it cos, its not that i hate it, its just its too boring for me, going around just killing people, whereas F1 2010 you have to maintain tyres and i can have better fun on that) then ill buy it! *and breathe!*

So who is up for hunting down some zombies, during the weekend.
