Re: ISCC Meeting 3 - Discussion Thread - Suzuka
I have no idea where I ended up but I would be surpriesed to be in the top six.
I had to make two pitstops because fourty odd minutes in, I went to change down for the first part of spoon but the gears changed down too quicky. As a result, the engine over-revved and caused damage to my engine so I had to pit.
Other than that, the race was ok for me. Couple of mistakes I'll admit but there we go.
I think we have secured second in the teams championship so thats fine by me!
Well done to VVV for winning the drivers and teams championship of the ISCC Asian leg.

That was a really great race in B lobby! My best result so far!! Well done to VVV for the Asian ISCC Championships! Was really good and look forward to Europe!! Just one question..? Now that I came third at the end of Asian Leg, does that mean I still get a 5% power handicap next race?

Thanks very much Dan! You done well yourself considering you started at the back of the grid! Adrian done well aswell despite running out of fuel lol! But was a great close race at first! Then Adrian said to me "your missing out on the fun back here johnny" so I replied "yeah but your missing out on the points back there!" lol

The track suited the cars well tonight. We were pretty close all race as well, I only jumped you due to traffic. We struggled to keep up around Motegi so it balanced out. Europe should see the Porka with an advantage, although after Le Mans testing I'm not so sure

Nope. Success handicaps are removed in-between the series segments.

Re: ISCC Meeting 3 - Discussion Thread - Suzuka
Just had a thought. I think my race finishing time is wrong. Because my finish time was 1:01.17s. But you add four seconds onto each lobbies end timer. In my case, eight seconds I think it is. So why is my end race time 1:01.43s not 1:01.25 seconds???? Unless I've missed something or got the added time on wrong??

Hey Dan,
Nope nothing worng we had to ajust the start times in lobby B and C to match start time of lobby A, thus why you se 20 seconds or so added onto lobby B and C to match lobby A start time
Racing is life, anything before or after is just waiting
Re: ISCC Meeting 3 - Discussion Thread - Suzuka
i think we all had time added on in our lobby because lobby 1 started late.

Re: ISCC Meeting 3 - Discussion Thread - Suzuka
That's correct. All lobby replays were checked for what time the first flying lap was started, and the finish times were adjusted so that lobby B "started" 4 secs after lobby A, and lobby C 4 secs after lobby B. As lobby A started at 2:44 instead of the target 2:20, and both lobbies B and C started at 2:26, lobby B had 18 secs added to their finish times and lobby C had 22 secs added on.
Re: ISCC Meeting 3 - Discussion Thread - Suzuka
So lobby A cocked up badly on the timing? No worries. Least I know now so thats fine for everybody. Was wondering why I had twenty odd seconds added on. lol

Re: ISCC Meeting 3 - Discussion Thread - Suzuka
Dan, Magictap's diesel had a little backup and his pit crew had to push him off. Black smoke was everywhere and it took us some 20 seconds to get through the smoke screen he left us without crashing into one another.
