2011 TORA Sebring 12h Results

Well done to everyone who took part. This was once again an epic event, and what a race to watch alongside us!




Final standings:

1. #4 VVV P1 - Webb/Pajala - 375 Laps
2. #11 Aero Dynamics P2 - Siddall/Brown Jr - 352 Laps
3. #23 Snap-On Datsun Racing GT2 - Dillon/Robertson - 335 Laps
4. #12 Aero Dynamics P2 - Gray/Johnson - 327 Laps
5. #22 VVV GT2 - Finch/Dixon/Simmons - 283 Laps
6. #24 Team Hunter Racing GT2 - Hunter/Wilson - 174 Laps
7. #73 Team Panoz GT2 - Biggs - 84 Laps
8. #007 Gulf Austins Motorsport P1 - Austins/Murphy/O'Donnell - 41 Laps

The Panoz, in 1 stint, did more laps than the Aston Martin did in 2 stints.

Now we just need to work out where everyone came in relation to the real cars

i would think a good portion of us finished pretty high in comparison. while watching the live stream on espn3, a couple times i saw them display lap times the P1 were actually doing, and those times were achieveable by our GT2 cars when they quallified (1:58's)

Which tells you alot about forza!

But seriously, well done guys! I might just be doing Le Mans now!

Yup my apologies guys, I was totally beat this morning when I posted that and mixed up the cars/drivers. Should be fixed now (don't know Pacman's surname so couldn't use it!)

Can't believe my car finished 52 laps ahead of the real-world P2 winner. Must look into balancing our "event" cars with the ACO rules for Le Mans.
