Trying to work out if those are alcantara sections on the grip. If so then very very nice! It's the closest thing to an F1 wheel without (probably) spending many 100's of pounds.

Right, I can't go onto any of these links so can someone post up a picture of it?
If it's as good as it sounds then it'll be on my list and I'll be trying to sell my G27 as long as the new Fanatec one works on the PS3/PC

Re: The ''wheel deal'': Fanatec FM4 Wheel
That's going to be one expensive Christmas present Magic!
This wheel will cost a ton, probably over $500 per wheel not to mention pedals are $189. The pedals are, from what I've been told, more valuable than the wheel. This new one is all metal. There is supposedly a new "CRS" wheel. I don't know if it will replace the GT2 or fill the gap of the "cheap" wheel.
Fanatecwheel.com is always on top of the stuff and is much easier to navigate than simwhatever.

Aye, but Richy can't access gaming related websites while he is off-shore in the North Sea.

Re: The ''wheel deal'': Fanatec FM4 Wheel
Fortunately I can get onto the ISR forums so I could se ethe pics. That looks incredible, I am so getting one. I hope it works with the PS3 and PC, although seeing as it has Forza branding on it I am not hopeful.

It will be compatible across all platforms.
It will most likely be in competition with the T500RS.
