well, if it is this way for FM5 I have a simple solution:

Ex. 24hrs of LM:

have all the lobby hosts in a party chat. Someone (TORA staff) rolls a die. (1=dry, 2=clouds, 3= lt rain, 4= rain, 5= hvy rain, 6=dry). whatever number the die lands on is the weather conditions for the whole race stint across all lobbies. Repeat for all stints. Then lobby hosts set the lobby settings without telling the drivers and off they go.

Also have a preset schedule for night or day depending on the stint.

it really is plain and simple.

Would be actually quite good as your previous stint could be dry then you go into the next one and its heavy rain and your on slicks for the start. What a mix up that could create!
