admins/mods styling your embedded docs?

Hi mods and admins.

I'm wondering if you could help me - I'm working on a football forum at the moment for a friend, and I'm trying to work out how you get your spreadsheets to show how they do using the iframe tag?
All I get with my attempts is the WHOLE screen - including the menu bar, styling options, sign in links etc etc.
How do you guys get it so it's showing literally just the data you want - i.e. just the spreadsheet itself?

If anyone else can help, I'd appreciate it. I'm presuming it's a setting in Google docs itself, rather than on the forum?
