I have been on the site for quite some time although never been very active, so i thought I would reintroduce myself so that people can connect the dots when they see a post by me etc.

I have currently signed up to the GT season 10 with a team called X continental racing (XCR) who were kind enough to allow me to join them in the sprint series for the season. I am looking to enter the Endurance series as a privateer which will allow me to slowly find my own way with tuning/painting and gaining more and more experience in racing.

My goal is to slowly get better with the aim of hopefully joining an established team (seems a plenty of those on this site, im still trying to figure it all out!) or if I become very adventurous creating a racing team. However I lack the skills in tuning/painting and racing that are required to be a useful member at this point, but you guys here seem real friendly and happy to help so I apologise in advance if I badger one of you for some advice etc. I use no assists and do have a fanatec CSR wheel/pedals but I am struggling to be consistent on the wheel compared to a pad, but practice is the only way I will get better.

I completed a practice session with some drivers on here, and it was enjoyable but also a reminder of how far I have yet to go. but I was really excited to race in what seems like a really high quality and well organised site.
