No fix that I'm aware of other than playing the campaign again, happened to me as well.  One of the many nagging issues with this game.

restarted last night 4 missions to go never again though!

At least this time you know what to do and can choose a different ending! ¬¬

Really?  I really hope I'm on the opposite team then because I love knifing campers, or planting C4 on them and sending them a message before detonating it!

Aye, if I'm online. If I'm not in the jet, I'm usually an Assault Medic. Although recently I've been trying to work through the assignments meaning I have to use the dreaded Support & Recon classes.

Also, the campaign is horrible. BF3s was so much better. I hate everything about the BF4 Campaign. Annoying missions, annoying squad, annoying characters.

Support class is best class imo m429 or the chinese mg higher kd ratio then any rifle though the acr dmr is the most useful weopon chris yes it acts a gears wepon

There are a lot of times where Support is the most fun. LSAT is a monstrosity of a gun. And then you have a mortar to take care of those pesky recons. SUAV also does the trick against them. SMAW is another favorite. Transport heli's being the best though.

Transport heli's can be really effective when the pilot realises he's piloting a helicopter & not a taxi. Most people just use these either to get to an objective, or a very obscure, far-away sniping spot. I've given up with support, sod the bloody assignments. I can't use the crappy class or guns & struggle to break even a +1.0 K/D.

This is why I was reluctant to get the uber amazing PC version. It's too damn crowded. Every place I go it's me against 3 or 4. I may kill one or two, but then the other kills me, & he is always a medic with defibs to revive his buddies I want 32 player, shortened 3-5 flag maps, not these colossal 7 flag maps. I can't get to an objective without being shot or blown up, and dare I even think about a helicopter with the 50,000 stingers and Mobile AA, I can survive in a jet but no chance in a heli. At the moment, I enjoyed BF3 much more than BF4.

Had some monster games of Air Superiority last night - most people get 1-2 kills per round, I had several rounds of 7:1 k/d etc, and finally unlocked the UCAV. Switched over to Conquest to test it out and was having an awesome game when Battlefield decided to lose connection to the server, at which point I turned off my xbox. So frustrating to lose all those points and unlocks.

Ian and I were playing the China Rising maps last night but it got really quite laggy at one point then everything just disconnected. I even had problems getting back onto XBL. Some guys were teamkilling last night, were placing C4 on our own choppers and whenever someone took off they just blew them up. Was quite annoying.

Starting to figure out how to use the attack jet, thing is a beast on paracel storm. When you get close to a target, hold the left trigger to slow way down and aim carefully with that 30mm, it tears all vehicles apart.

If you can buddy up with a friend who can actually fly helicopters properly (never go in a chopper with someone you don't know flying it - they tend to use it as a taxi and bail out leaving you in the shi......lurch!) the transport chopper is actually amazing at taking out other air vehicles!

ya, I figured that one out whilst I was in the AA tank. I got so pissed when I was trying to kill the same guy, cuz he'd hide behind the terrain and come out where I'm not looking, and by the time I get my tank turned to shoot, it's too late.

Agreed. Assassin's Creed and Dead Rising have been treating me well though.

The recent patch seemed to improve gameplay a bit though. I don't seem to suffer that crippling rubber banding lag any more, nor am I getting shot through buildings. Naval Strike looks boring imo, I've never been into Naval Warfare.

Wait, you can hold left trigger in a jet to slow down? Why doesn't the game tell me this...it tells me every other damn control when I get into a jet.

I've been really enjoying BF4 recently, Ian and I have pretty much been playing China Rising and Second Assault maps exclusively and the gameplay is great. Loving the carbines now, although only the first one I have decent stability with. Just unlock the G36?? and starting to level that up. Been getting so many kills recently, it's been a good change.

Also finally learned how to fly the helicopters pretty damn well.
