Wait until qualifying, like they say, when the flag drops the BS stops. Remember Silv Nat favours RWD cars, if they're not quick here then they wouldn't be worth picking, cars have to be balanced for a championship season, not one track.

Not calling anyone a liar, show up for qualifying and do the time, that's all the proof that's needed. Some of the Sebring 12 Hours practice times were 2 seconds faster than the actual times done in qualifying... just saying...

Just a quicker reminder too, TCS, STM and ABS are all banned in the TCC

I am nowhere near those times as described, the other 2 were, maybe if you spent more time worrying about your own cars rather than trying to put down the possibility of anyone else challenging the same times?

(P.S) No one should really need TCS in cars with less than 350BHP, and line is more of a hinderence than a help, so yea moving on Very Happy

Our cars are legit builds with no BS involved in our laptimes. This isnt the first time these members have claimed times quicker than possible and it wont be the last im sure. For me though if your not in a series and have no intention of running them why put unrealistic times and cause issues about car balancing when they're perfectly fine.

Answer to 1: Never said yours were, and to be honest, don't exactly see any concentrated times posted up by the fastest guys yet, also the build is EXACTLY the same as the one I ran last year, just updated tune, although I did manage to fit in a V12 BMW Engine that keeps it below the 350HP mark Laughing

Answer to 2: Iv already answered this before really, the cars were sent to be tested by faster drivers so when tuning, I can see what I am up against once the faster guys start putting times up, and as stated in 1, not even a third of the A lobby runners have posted up their times.

As you said it will all come down to qualifying, I will be asking both drivers if they are indeed racing, one said maybe if he can get the time off work to make it home, and Rice of course doesn't do TCC as far as I know, but I may try and ask politely if he wants to join in for a round or two.

If you still want to refuse the possibility and call ANYONE who comes close a liar, I suggest you just ignore them completely rather that trying to jump on the bandwagon.

You really need to chill out Warspite, you're so confrontational. If I chose not to believe laptimes posted by people who aren't even competing in the series, have no leaderboard or replay evidence, or have a history of posting BS laptimes, then that's my prerogative. If someone can do the times when it counts in qualifying, then I'll be the first to congratulate them, that's how a driver earns respect and integrity.

If you want to silence people here Just simply put the tune on your storefront , granted they can get your build this way but they wont be able to see the actual setup.

I'm not trying to be confrontational, but when you work your backside off to try and make the pack, then get told your cars are "B.S", or the drivers are just being "unrealistic", it kinda hurts, even more-so when its by groups of people all against one.

What more do you want me to do? Tune a car, get someone to test it but say "don't put up your laptime because it will cause offense, just add 15-20 seconds so they feel better".

I wanted to put it to rest yesterday evening, but if I am not allowed to have others test my cars for me, then so be it, I'll just sit in my corner so the big boys don't feel they have to bully there way up.

Also I agree with you on the respect part, but I respect the driver not the winner neccesairly (not a dig or even reference to anyone), racing drivers show what they stand for by giving respect to their competitors on and off track, by not putting their career or even life at risk, probably why i'm one of the few who dispised some of the old F1 drivers.

So, was that a dig at me? I've never posted bs laptimes. Every time that I posted in last seasons ISCC threads, I backed up in qualifying with an as fast or faster time. Reading through this whole thread has really pointed out that there are some extremely arrogant and insecure people in this series. Grow up everyone and quit being keyboard warriors. This kind of behavior is not conducive to TORA and is what has killed many other great series.

No, it was a reference to Sebring 12 Hours where the GT qualifying times were substantially slower than the times being claimed in the testing thread. Testing is one thing, but qualifying and racing is another thing entirely. The TCC test team and staff (myself included) have put a lot of hard work into trying to make the cars as balanced as possible, and people seem to be already deciding that RWD is too fast, based on a handful or laptimes at one track.

Warspite, stop getting your knickers in a twist, nobody is offended with the lap times posted.

I will say this though, if your going to post lap times half a second quicker than last series winner and some of the quickest guys on forza, at least back it up with something, geeeze. You don't seem to understand that people will start questioning the balance of some of these said cars. There are only 4 corners, im expecting 1-2 whole lobbies to be covered by half a second, not 1st-2nd or whatever.

Now, i would very much like to test this build if you would be so kind and put it on your storefront. I did look for the replay you said you was going to post
but i guess you forgot?

I agree Chaddy, sorry everyone for dragging both discussions down, just don't understand what I done wrong to deserve it lol.

I say drop it now, if you don't agree with what we say, and it doesn't affect you guys, don't say anything, and vice versa, I and i'm sure Josh will not even reference any of this past the agreement.
