Are we really going to have 24 people wanting to know when they jump started?

The staff and stewards agreed on the penalties and they can't be appealed so knowing what race it's from is a bit irrelevant isn't it?

just wanted to know so I don't doing again, I take pride in my starts and am able to start within .050 to .100 of the start time. I understand once the stewards have made the desition it can not be changed and was not asking for that at all just if they could say which race it was from Smile

Reading through the announcement, it seems that you have received a single penalty, so I would assume that to be for a single race. My guess is race 3.

The Steward Announcement was giving out the punishments only related to the start procedure we still have 13 official SI results to post .

Looking at my replays my jump start was less than .050 of a second. No problem with getting a penalty for it btw, Fairs fair.

Just glad it wasn't the race I won Very Happy

the grid penalty is added onto your qualifying time for Tsukuba.

i.e. you could drop a race lobby

Being good off the start and keeping it clean may finally pay off.

Can we make the lobbies with only 5 in each Very Happy

seeing half the field drop lobbies will be fun.
I dont why everyone is so eager to get off the line so quick, I held back, waited for the carnage to settle on turn one, picked my way through the battle scarred cars and had no SI's against me, Yay.

There is a about .250 delay time from you being ready to go and the car actually moving. I know speaking for myself this ends up being a guessing game if you would like to start on the dot. Unfortunately even if some of these jump starts would be unnoticeable in the real world, forza gives you the tools to look at everyone under a microscope if you wish.

Although I find my penalty quite harsh, I understand everyone starts under the same conditions and at the end of the day delay or not, a jump start is a jump start.

Just watched my replay start time was shouted 3:15.000 got my replay to 3:15.003 speed = 0 car never moves until 3:15.015 yet I was given a penalty. looks like having the perfect start lands you in trouble....

depends on how you watch the replay..... forward my wheels never move until 3:15.015 yet if you watch it in rewind it shows my wheels turning before !? so if the decision was made that my wheels where turning before race start by taking the visual effects of my car in rewind is wrong. surely it's common knowledge that watching a replay in rewind on forza gives different visual effects the most noticeable being dirt kick up..............!

I would appeal to everyone to respect the decisions made, they always have "fairness for all" in mind.
A staff decision is final if you ask me, the rest of the field have managed to get away off the line without falling foul of a jump start, it's not that hard is it?.
