Would love these 3 as my top wants for FM5:

1: Repairable Aero (Yep, we all want).
2: Weather Changes (NURBURGRING IN RAIN?? Very Happy)
3: Pop up head-lights on some of the older Coupe cars, and ability to paint on the windscreen, so basically an actual Window-banner we can run the TORA address on.

oh and one more if possible:
4: Do T10 like Pie?...and if so which flavour?

Thank Youz!

Only one i'm eager to know is are the production cars now split from race cars again like Forza 2. Killed off any GT racing unless it was on TORA, VM as a upgraded Bugatti pissed on them lol.

Is there the option in pit stops to select tyres, fuel or both (default being both).
Also, will fuel stops be proportional in length to the amount of fuel needed or fixed length for all cars?

The more strategy options the better Very Happy

What about race tire options (hard/medium/soft) with differing grip and wear?

In-pit downforce adjustments? Would be great to add/lessen downforce midstint in enduros rather than get stuck with a poor tune.

For me the biggest issue is the multi player support in terms of...

Lobby stability
Being able to run practise, qually and multiple rounds without having to reset lobbies.
Being able to join a current practise session without that session having to be restarted.
Not having the panic of taking down results before the disappear.

Turn 10 should look at some of the user multi user race environments and take notes.

Some sort of league management would also be good but that is probably a step too far.

Why no weather on FM5? it would be much better than autovisa that nobody uses.

I would ask for a build your own car feature for FM6 and you can buy any transmission/engine you want, design the body shape etc

Any of this:

day / night transitions (Le Mans 24)
driver swaps in same lobby (Le Mans 24)
Forza TV (FM2 style for great broadcasts easily)
track debris remains / is / can be interacted with
skype run at same time as racing and be broadcast for great in race driver interviews.
Painting differences. is it the same as FM4 or easier?
auto PI balancing option across a class or selected vehicles while retaining strengths / weaknesses / characteristics etc of cars involved.
integration with skydrive / gdocs etc and / or mobile apps for live timing and broadcasting help.
Is tuning any different.
Any API's to take advantage of for race results  / best laps / live timing etc
Will Wheels definately be as fast as pads this time.

BTW, if they do this there will be no need to lobby swapping and it will truly be one 24hr race..

Actually...two more questions:

Whats the maximum online race length - time
Can you link lobbies so they are all racing each other for position

So basically the update balanced out the advantage wheel users had into a fair field where the deciding factor is sheer talent.

I'm KIDDING! Geez Razz

As a non-wheel user I was not aware of the update. I would say that such a question would be very difficult to answer when its a fresh game, new hardware, new settings plus the fact that the current wheels don't seem to be compatible and will require another new purchase.

They are probably going to wait for mass testing upon the launch from the game players before they get a good response form this question. Even if they did have an answer, the only people playing right now are Turn 10, and you've seen the way they drive during presentations! Would you trust their judgement Wink

Can answer 3 of those:

Day / night - NO, no night time or weather in Forza 5

Forza TV - YES (it's on the main menu screenshot)

TORA meets Turn 10! - Page 2 Forza-10

Use Skype at same time - YES, that's an Xbox One feature rather than Forza 5. Skype will run in 'Snap' mode, can run it alongside any game/movie/TV etc. Same with Twitch integration, that's at system level so can run alongside Forza 5

There was a Dashboard update in June 2012 to stop some 'unlicenced controllers' working with Xbox 360, whatever they did had a knock-on effect for all wheels, especially Fanatec's - most of CQR's wheel users stopped using wheels after that update sadly, laptimes were significantly slower. I went from B Lobby regular to almost 0.5 sec quicker and an A Lobby regular within days of moving back to the pad.

I staunchly defended my Fanatec but, IMO, it did end up holding me back Crying or Very sad

I was never fast to start with so the difference is minor to me,,lol. As you know I just enjoy using the wheel more. I get far more pleasure whilst being .5 or more of a second faster than being quick with the pad.

However,,now that explains how u have gained a bit of speed of late,,lol
