MATT PASTRAMNI wrote:Ten lobbies? :O thats insane! I thought the registration only has roughly 80 or so people at the moment?
How many drivers do you plan on having per lobby by the way?
Na mate, it maxed out at 108 over Xmas, then we raised the cap to 120 and sorted the logistics behind to make sure we could manage the extra set.
If ALL 120 drivers participate (which is rare) 10 lobbies of 12, we'll try and keep the ideal number of drivers between 12-14 depending on numbers on the night, which reminds me ill get the sign-in doc/thread opened up shortly.

Re: European GT championship. Lap times.
I've got the lambo down to a 48.4 if you want the tune. You'd need to run the HCR tuning sticker on your car (It's not big)

That's sweet man. I think I would be knocking on the door for 47's if I spent time in the lambo but I was only sorting the car for the other HCR team

Yeah we've got a nice setup for it if you'd like.
Re: European GT championship. Lap times.
Same as above if anyone has a spare Lambo tune it would be greatly appreciated if they can let me use it. Im down to a 1.50.7 on Silverstone now im my tune, but unfortunately im not very good at tuning, although I am trying to learn. So if anyone can help out then, thank you

Re: European GT championship. Lap times.
Just out of interest but any of you guys set any practice lap times in the Porsche GT3 RSR around Silverstone yet and if so what sort of lap times are you getting?

When I did the Britcar 12hrs TEC race in my Haribo Porsche I was setting 49.8's in practice but 50's mostly.

I can send you what I used for that race. Also if you need a few tips on driving them I can help you out as well.

Would be very, very grateful if you could send me a tune, any help greatly appreciated. My eyes hurt from playing with settings the past many hours, I've even resorted to using pen and paper to do calculations for the gearing... Yeah I know, I'm sad lol.
Re: European GT championship. Lap times.
Dude if it gives you a tenth or two its worth doing.

Re: European GT championship. Lap times.
Couldn't agree more mate, although I've now noticed that doing the calculations and then feeding them into the settings in FM4 doesn't always give the expected results
Re: European GT championship. Lap times.
I just tune to feel mate, throw the car around the track and tweak as I go, gears/aero/diff are usually the last thing I refine on the setup.
I do however note down changes in the car and record all data such as inputted tweaks, that way if someone asks for help, I just flick through my blue book and can find out EXACTLY how I have/had my car and for what track.

Re: European GT championship. Lap times.
Normally mate that's what I do also but like I said earlier I managed to accidentally overwrite the setup that I had been working on for a few weeks that I was going to use and of course this time around I didn't write the changes down so due to that I decided rather than go through all the hassle again I would instead try out one of the other EGT listed motors which happens to be the GT3 RSR porker and now I'm undecided whether to use the Porsche or my original choice lol. If I can find the speed from the Porsche then I'm probably go that route because the Porsche definitely handles a lot nicer than the BMW.
Re: European GT championship. Lap times.
The Porsche is less popular than the BMW at the moment, have some fun and go Porsche!
