I'd like to thank the guys at EZT for graciously handing over their series to run here at TORAus!

These cars are epic, as Deftone's go to car in the R3 public lobbies is built to these specs. Expect to see your personal best laps set during qualifying runs throughout the series.

Our pleasure Mikey and Thank You for featuring it here in the TORAus series. We're honored to have one of our events run here. When I developed this series, I thought it would be an instant hit, since it featured a classic rivalry between the Vette and the Viper. Alas, despite two tries, it was not to be. Hopefully, with the better exposure, it will be successful here. If we can get as many drivers as we had for American Iron I think it will be epic!

Nice to see that this series is actually going to be done. I actually have the DLC this time so I can race in it.

Hey folks, it just dawned on me via Mikey that my non TORA event will be taking place at 7pm PST / 10pm EST / 3am BST on the 27th of July.

Since mine isn't official, I won't hold it against anyone if they can't make mine or have to drop out. (I can try to delay some time if need be)

I have two purposes for posting this.
1. A tease of one of the designs Windcharger and I are working on.  
2. Question: In the Livery rules, it says that this logo has to be on the doors.  Since the Viper's doors are so small, can we place it in this position instead?

^ I'd prefer it closer to the numbers/doors than that. You have any space under the doors?

Even though I had a lap 1 mechanical failure, I did rather enjoy watching the race.

Huge props to A Colonel for pure domination, as well as BigBen and Connor for their podium finishes.

And a huge thanks to the guys at EZT for handing me such a great series!

It was a great battle for a while up front till we started spreading out the final laps. Great race everyone! Now I have to figure out how that Vette was so fast.

Great race guys!! I was almost a second off my best time and couldn't put two good laps together to save my life, so I'm pretty happy with my finish.

Colonel, we'd like to see you in the trailer. We have a few questions.......

I really do not think Colonel's car had any funny business done to it, as I know there is a rocket tune there in the Corvette for Sebring. I tried that tune, but didn't get enough time in it as it came into my possession late Sunday night.

I was kidding Mikey. I'm not insinuating anything.

FYI: I'll be getting Rd2 Sign In up tonight, post NASCAR Trucks at Eldora (or before if there is any rain delay)

I need to kiss Karma's (butt)... nothing but bad luck for me so far.

Hey guys, my company is currently in our summer shutdown, so my hours have been slightly changed. I have to be in a bit earlier than usual, so I really need things to go smoothly tonight. I know no one ever delays things on purpose, but if we can keep things moving along I would greatly appreciate it.

Running smoothly and on time is always a priority of mine, as the family dinner has to wait until the race is done. And my boy does not like to wait for dinner.

I know what you mean Mikey, my wife brings me my dinner about 10 min. before qualifying. lol

I really tried to get things done on time Monday... but it takes cooperation from all for that to happen

OK. I'm wondering what I have done to anger Karma?

Round 1: controller quits working. Race ends at the end of Sebring's backstraight hitting the wall at 180 MPH.

Round 2: rear ended lap 2 in the brake zone for the chicane at Road Atlanta. 100% rear aero for the rest of the race.

Round 3: left lobby to try and get someone with conn issues in, couldn't return to lobby.

Round 4: lag bomb before I even cross the starting line. 100% aero all around, 100% trans and suspension damage, 85% engine damage. After pitting, was still 5 seconds offpace.

Beyond frustrated.

It appears that it was my fault Mikey. I was also lagging during qualifying.

The race should have been restarted with your lag damage.
If the same happens to me next week, during qualifying, I will not race.

I feel your frustration Mikey, though not quite as severely.
Road Atlanta - rear areo destroyed, struggled to maintain even a mid pack finish
Indy - I just suck there........
Road America - front aero destroyed taking 2 seconds off my times

What's even worse.. you and I have had some great battles over the years and we've yet to even see each other on the track this series!!

I may dirty both laps at Infineon and wait a couple secs before leaving the line. Won't get a "W" that way, but at least I may have a few laps before getting myself destroyed.
