Hi again.Intimidator here, ive posted for the license, a car number, and DTM registration, not really gotten any replys, i would like to be racing on the November 7th event, round 5 DTM ,EU am i doing somthing wrong, please let me know what else to do to start racing. Thanks guys.

IT! IS! NOT! DIFFICULT!
On the homepage of the forums you need to go to the Classic DTM section.
Once there, you'll want the DTM EU section.
You'll then want to register using the Registration thread using the tempate shown in the first post of that thread.
Genuinely not sure why you are having so much trouble figuring this out
