Well, based on the amount of flak that Hamilton gets when he gets a speeding ticket, I'd assume criminal assault charges would be frowned upon by the FIA. I was thinking it more likely that his superlicense gets suspended rather than him getting fired.

Don't think I've seen a fire like that for a while

That fire was very odd, the fire started around the rear suspension and the back of the sidepods and started burning really quickly, then as Heidfeld (it was the Reanult by the way) braked flames started pouring out of the right exhaust as well it was very odd!

I don't know...looked like something on fire at the front of the sidepod before the rest of it went up. Very odd.

Great drive from both Mclarens today,and Vettel drove very well under pressure.Probably the best F1 race i have seen in years.

Well.... certainly for the last 10 years at least.

That was a very entertaining race. Alonso had the start of the year so far, that was amazing. Webber needs to figure out how to launch that Red Bull off the grid. You could hear the crowd over the cars when Alonso was leading, I wonder what they were doing when he was nearly a lap down at the end.
