Part of me hopes that they are right and they do really really well with that monstrosity, but then again, another part of me hopes that the internet is right and that the Deltawing will not be able to turn, will crash at the first corner it encounters, and Highcroft can go back to running a normal LMP.

I thought Dyson were keeping its older Lolas? Not sure.

Don't forget the new Status GP team. Not racing in 2012 but they did buy at least 1 of the new Lolas.

I was under the impression that the ALMS wasn't going to allow anymore grandfathered cars, which was why Muscle Milk couldn't continue to use the Lola Aston. Dyson's cars are at least as old as that if not older aren't they?

Massive shame for sportscar racing, hopefully privateer teams such as Pescarolo will purchase the 2012 Hybrid 908 and run it as it wouldn't be the same without them!

The ALMS is already pushing LMP2 over LMP1 with news like this it makes me nervous about the future of LMP1, although I don't see it going anywhere with a toyota and porsche in the works

FIA GT1 is on speed channel for all the americans until 1. Glad to see real motorsport (aside from ALMS) on american TV

LMP1 will be there look Porsche are back in 2014, Nissan, Toyota and Honda in P1 along side audi will be epic
