mopar that looks awesome... I need to learn how to do this kind of thing. I guess a good paint should follow the shape of the chassis and have a instantly recognisable colour scheme...

It doesn't always have to follow the lines of the car, but most of the time, yes.
In terms of colour schemes, just go with something that it is soothing to ones eyes. no wacky colour schemes unless your sponsor is PPG or Dupont for example

Bought the vinyls and put it together..../. I can't look at a triangle and figure out how to manipulate it to become something recognizable
