It'll be interesting to see what open wheeler licences we will get. Ariel and BAC seem to be throwing their cars about every game coming so I would bet on them making an appearance.

Not sure about BAC, I think that's Codemaster's exclusive (unless its in pCARS)

I'd definitely like a Formula 3 car or something. Not as powerful as F1 but not as slow as Fomula Ford.

I think open-wheel is more likely to mean open-wheel production cars (Caterham, Ariel Atom, BAC) rather than open-wheel single seaters, I live in hope too though Very Happy
