TCR Clio Cup S1 - Round 5 & 6 - Tsukuba Full (24th April 2013 - 8PM BST)
This is the sign up page for Round 5 & 6 of the TORA Clio Cup at Tsukuba Full, which will close at 7:00PM BST the same day.
If you haven't already signed up to the series please do now, see this link.
Please post IN if you wish to race, you will be invited to a qualifying lobby when we are ready to start.
Here are the rules. You MUST have the correct livery with numberboxes etc or you won't be able to race.
Qualifying will start at 8PM BST. Qualifying is a 6 lap session (1 warmup lap, 4 flying laps, 1 extra to get the times) to set the grid for Race 1.
Race 1 will be a standing start and will be a 13 lap race. The finishing positions of Race 1 will set the grid positions for Race 2. Because the lobby points will be different, we will reset the lobby and run around a smaller track to get the correct positions for the next race.
Race 2 will be a standing start and will be a 13 lap race.
Points will be awarded 32-28-25-22-20-18-16-14-12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5 per race down to 16th (and 4-3-2-1 if we need it ), just like the real Clio Cup.
TORA driving standards apply here too.
Good luck!

In! However is it ok if I run under the BMN Racing team but possibly run a different livery?

Yeah man it's fine. This isn't a strict series apart from the numberboxes- you must have them

Re: TCR Clio Cup S1 - Round 5 & 6 - Tsukuba Full (24th April 2013 - 8PM BST)
I'd like to make a suggestion if I may, and I appreciate that it'd be a bit more work for the host but it'd be an interesting spin.
When I raced Superkarts, if we passed a full grid of 40 karts and track time permitted, after qualifying the entry was split into three, A, B and C. Each group would race against the other group once, so AvB, BvC, CvA. The advantage of this is only needing a second lobby for qualifying and live timing isn't a necessity, however it would obviously mean having to kick a few drivers out after race 1, inviting the next lot and then repeating after race two. At least then everyone would race everyone and you wouldn't be in a position of being punished for a problem in qualifying if they run as per GT with A (1-16) and B (17-32) races
It is only a suggestion so feel free to ignore, just thought I'd put it to you guys :-)

I'd prefer just Lobby A and B

to start with it sounded well complicated but read again and understand but maybe too long winded especially when you send invites or end up having a restart but is a good idea and would be something to hold on to for future races
