Indy 500

Has anyone ever done the Indy 500 before? It could be set to 500 laps of the Indianapolis oval with the two NASCAR's in the game

we run the TORA Weldon 500 later in the year,
it's the Indy 500, but done in the late Dan Weldon's honour, to respect one of the forums most favourite Indy drivers
a lot of people here were very very upset when he passed, so they brought in that race to honour him
there's some discussion at the moment, but the race is not until after the Las Vegas race in the IZOD series, last years the car was the 66 Acura 2a (and the Jim Hall one) with full upgrades to X999

The Indy 500 is 200 laps.

NASCAR runs the Brickyard 400 which is 160 laps.

I don't think a 500-lap stock car race would be successful as it will get repetitive.

If only Benchmark C had a pit area... then 500 laps would equal 500 miles.

RedRacer, coming up within the next couple months will be TASCAR (TORA's NASCAR series) If you want to race Stock Cars, its what you're looking for. I can't wait, as that is one of my faves.

it's a lot more fun racing with people than computers (as always), but this is 1000 times better, my second favourite series (after TCC)
