^^ Get part time jobs guys. I work at a supermarket and get around £500 a month. Have to pay £40 phone contract and £60 board but still give me £400 a month to play with. 2 months wages will easy get me the best bundle possible for the One Very Happy

A few interesting points from Turn 10's FM5 blog:

http://forzamotorsport.net/en-US/news/FM5_at_E3

"an amazing roster of laser-scanned, millimeter accurate tracks "

"It means fast and fair multiplayer featuring Smart Match™ matchmaking and Xbox Live dedicated servers, where you can experience epic, fast, and competitive multiplayer perfectly suited to your skill and style."

No mention of day/night or weather, so I think it's a reasonable assumption to say they're NOT included, I think they'd be headlining those improvements if they were present. I think there may be some subtle 'enivronment' effects, such as Hazy, Foggy, morning/afternoon/sunrise etc, but whether that will affect the track grip I'm not sure.

Well E3 has only just begun. If there is no mention of weather and day/night cycle after then It'll probably be left out. Unless T10 throw a massive curve ball and troll us.

I don't see why. Shift 2 had day/night and a great track list. just 'floaty' handling was the issue. TDU2 had day/night and weather. So surely it should be easily possible on the XB1's new hardware?

Does seem strange to put so much emphasis into 'orange peel' on the paint and stitches on the gloves, but ignore one of the major missing elements from Forza, compared to other racing titles. I guess they need something to add for Forza 6 though Wink

finally: Roads accumulate tire rubber and debris. Racing has consequences; damage can stop you in your tracks.

Awesome. Tora could make their own night simulation specs with 3 filters for dusk, night and dawn.

I'm glad you picked up on this. I found this an interesting point as well. Does mean that going off line or dragging rubbish onto the circuit has real consequences.

I'm holding out for other big bits of news. Can't imagine t10 wanting to give away every new development in one hit. There's quite a bit of time between now and launch Wink

Oh hell yeah!!!

Now the thought that hitting people recklessly could cut down a tire doesn't seem so far off. Cool
