Once we've decided on our chosen liveries do we have to send it to the TORA forums in order for it to be checked that it upholds the rules and regs for paint schemes?

It isn't compulsory to do that, as long as it follows the Vinyl Rules and Placement Thread then it should be fine

Fair enough am still wondering whether or not my livery needs to include mandatory GT Omega Racing/TORA decals on the front and rear bumpers like there were in the last TORA GT series.
