Race Meeting Set-Up

We ask that all competitors are on Xbox live at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the race meeting, and appear online. Where necessary, if each competitor could post "In" in the relevant race meeting thread on the TORA forums. Anyone who wishes to race without posting "In" will need to wait for the race meeting organizers confirmation before being allowed to race. Certain factors may come into account, such as if there are 16 people racing, and one person who hasn't posted in would cause a split lobby of 9 and 8 in each lobby, in decision making for those not posted in before the event.

Qualifying

Qualifying for Meeting 6 will start at 9:30pm BST (4:30pm EDT)
- Lobby set to 4 laps. Out-lap, 2 Flying Laps, In-lap. Clean Laps take priority over Dirty Laps, so Make them count!
- 3 second roll off delay per driver for 'Road Course' races
- Limited Damage, Collisions OFF.

RACE

Meeting 6 @ Suzuka East "TASCAR Suzuka Special" will be 50 laps in length. There will be a 1-lap grid order race, then the main 50 laps would then be set by Lobby Points.
- Limited Damage, Collisions ON.

Rolling Start
Competitors will form up behind the Safety Car to start the Formation/Pace Lap in a 2-by-2 fashion. The Pole Sitter will have choice over which side of the Grid to start on. We ask all drivers to listen to the lobby host for the pace speed and grid order. Once everyone is in position, And the Lead driver(s) pass the Pit Entrance, The person on pole for the given lobby can begin the 3-2-1 countdown when he/she desires.

Mandatory Pit Stops
There is 1 mandatory pit stop in each race (or race segment). Taking your pit stop under a Safety Car/Caution period will count as your Mandatory pit. You may not pit within the first 5 laps or last 5 laps of a race or race segment (First 3 or Last 3 laps at Old Mulsanne layout of Le Mans due to lower lap count.)

When The Safety Car is Used
The Safety Car will be deployed when Two or more drivers are involved in an incident and severely impairs their progress. Only driver(s) involved in an incident may request the Safety Car to the Lobby Captain. A Safety Car can be called up to the penultimate lap of the race. Once the leader has crossed the line to start the Final Lap, the caution/Safety Car cannot be called.

Forming up for a Safety Car Period
When the Safety Car period is agreed upon, and goes into effect, the Lead Driver at the time of the Safety Car 'Call', will act as the Safety Car and pace around the track at the track's designated 'pace' speed. All will form in single-file. SEEING THE STOCK CARS DO NOT HAVE BRAKE LIGHTS, PLEASE DO NOT SLAM ON THE BRAKES TO SLOW DOWN. THIS WILL CAUSE CHAOS. PLEASE JUST LET OFF THE THROTTLE AND FORM UP CAREFULLY!!!

Conduct During a Safety Car Period
While under the Safety Car period, Those involved in the incident MUST line up at the back of the grid. All competitors are free to pit under the Safety Car/Caution period, but must form back up in order when they left pit lane at the back of the grid. Once Everyone has rejoined the field, the field will line up Side-By-Side in the positions they are currently in. Once the Leader has passed the Final Corner, he can call out the restart by counting down "3..2..1..Go/Green."

Lucky Dog Award
The Lucky Dog Award is used under Caution/Safety Car periods only. The first person 1 lap behind will be awarded the 'Lucky Dog' to get back on the Lead lap, and allowed to pass the lead cars under caution and lining back up at the back of the field. The drivers involved in the incident that brought out the current Safety Car/Caution period, are not eligible for the 'Lucky Dog'.

"Green-White-Checkered"
The "Green-White-Checkered" rule takes effect when a Safety Car/Caution is called on the penultimate lap. the Final Lap will end under caution in present order each driver is in at the time of caution. Once all drivers are back to the main lobby, the race settings will change to 3 laps, for the Green-White-Checkered attempt. One the 1st lap, will be to form up in order drivers finished the 'Scheduled Distance.' Lap 2 & 3 are green flag laps. If there is an incident on the first green flag lap, the safety car/caution Can be called, and the 3rd lap in this 'attempt' will end under caution, and once everyone gets back to the main lobby, We will have another "Green-White-Checkered" attempt. 3 Attempts are the maximum. As stated above, Once the Leader crosses the Start/Finish line to start the Final Lap, The Safety Car cannot be called.

Race Restarts
The race lobby is subject to One restart attempt if more than 50% of the lobby is involved in a major incident within the first lap. Everyone will head back to the race lobby, and try again, forming up the same as the grid formation before. if another major incident occurs, standard Safety Car rules take effect.

the last two rounds (Infineon and Benchmark 'C') i ran the '96-'97 Valvoline liveries, so what better way to end that livery-era with the '97 Valvoline-Kosei livery Mark Martin ran at Suzuka.

For this round and maybe the final at Twin Ring Motegi, I'll be bringing a certain Motorola livery back to the Japenese Circuits.

This Motorola graced the #7 Honda IndyCar that Danica Patrick took to victory in the Indy Japan 300 race. Hopefully I can bring it to Victory lane again!

I forgot to sign up for this race.
I have talked to mario about it and he is following the rules. Of course he has every right to do that , those are the rules, but since it will be my 2nd no score I will stop with this championship.

and i've decided to pull out of Classics (been 45 minutes since i finished qualifying and still no invite) and focus on this which i did make a commitment to first, so yeah, i shall be racing tonight

Unlucky Adder

no chance of winning since I have 2 no scores. I am not saying I would win, not at all.
But there was a chance, now not anymore.
So I stop and will focus on ISCC and TEC.
Pity, because I really like the Tascar.

You shouldn't be focused on winning the championship. You should be focused on having fun driving in the championship.

it's fathers day and dad got up so had to give him his presents and make breakfast and all that sorta stuff

Lead my first laps in a points paying TASCAR race in A lobby!

1st TASCAR win since the 2011 Season!! and managed to better Mark Martin when using his paint here at Suzuka East. he managed to finish 2nd in that '97 Exhibition Race.

Good job Mark! Well chuffed with 3rd place! did not expect that!

Gods job Mark! Good points day for the team, but really wasn't much of race for me. Just hot lapped most of the race

i had to keep as clean a race as i could, as Insanity was close enough for the entirety to pounce at any huge blunder. almost happened within 10 laps to go. car reacted wrong exiting turn 2, and went off but regained control and got back on track which the lead was cut to under a second. Was a little worried my Qualifying time wouldn't have been pole material, but after gathering time from jordan, i managed pole by 0.034. was able to hit a time i was able to do in my "mock-Qualifying" runs during the round of pit stops. managed a 50.195 clean (also did a 50.188 but Dirty after tapping the retaining wall in the final corner after missing the turn in point)
