Despite the slim field, it seemed like most everyone had someone to battle in every race. I know I had three great battles myself.

After an EMBARASSING showing tonight and being TEN seconds slower than the leader, Warpath-Spitzfranco Motorsports and myself are pulling out of the TCR Can-Am Series...We will be back for the next one.

I tried two different cars, and three different tunes tonight, and sucked terribly with all of them. This leads me to believe that I suck in these cars at Sebring.

Schedule Change - Round 4 @ Indy GP IN, Road America OUT

Reason for this is what I saw in tonight's races, being more Hotlapping than racing. And from my experience, Road America is very similar to Sebring in that regard. So I pulled the trigger and replaced the lesser known Indy GP circuit for the familiar long straights of Road America.

Sorry for any inconvenience, but I'd rather race than hotlap my way through races.

I only have oval tunes for the acura and i dont have time to test anymore because of UpperEdge and my DTM league...and taking care of my grandpa...hopefully me and Vodafone will be back for the next one...it depends on whats next though.

I do prefer Indy to Road America. It's a shorter lap too so more laps and maybe a bit more fun Smile

This is a somewhat bittersweet moment, as this marks the end of the last series that I will be hosting in this timeslot for the near future. After a full year of the friday Night Spec Series, which I recall kicked off with IROC 79 in those beastly illhandling overpowered Camaros, family reasons have forced me off to a different time...

But the new time is 8PM BST/3PM EST/12N PST and some ungodly hour for my friends in The Land Down Under. Starting Friday Nov 8, the new time will see a new twist with the Vintage Trans Am Series, featuring a set of overly equalized early 1970s Pony Cars all with spec builds and limited tuning via sport suspension and sport gearbox.
