With less than two weeks to go, i guessing it will stop like it is. So i think it may be a case of get used to it, because that is how it is.

But lets face it, it is hardly a game breaker.

I remember FM3 didn't have a shifting animation at all, and then they patched it to have one. Hopefully they'll do the same if they need to fix it

If they can't get the e tron quattro sounding right with ONLY 200 cars I'd say there is little hope that the actuall hybrid system works .

Dan said quality over quantity, so we said ok we can work with that... But when these littles things, sound quality, animation quality, start to be lack luster and down right a stretch from realism, prior to the game being out in 2 weeks... How much less quality are we getting from the game that claims higher quality than before?

I'm personally still excited for the game, but honestly, it's gonna be hard to find a reason to race anymore.

Honestly if the game is being built from the ground up and to only include "premium" content then engine sounds and gear change animation should be spot on.

If any old paint glitches are found then I will seriously have to question Dans honesty.

Still cannot wait for Forza but the XB1 overall is being very poorly marketed and im sick off finding new problems over a system/company and game I have supported since the first xbox and FM1!!!

The proof sure better be in the pudding

speaking of the Audi LMP1 Car, I hope the ENTIRE Body is paintable instead of only half and the decals show on the opposite sides of the fenders and body panels. You could hardly fit a Sponsor and the TORA TEC Number boards on it. It handled really good but just wasn't paintable, I hope they fixed that for Forza 5

Of course, but people are covering old ground over and over. The short term view is really quite tiring now.
This a launch game fir a brand new console. There's going to be things short given the timescales, regardless. We will have a wealth of dlc due. I also don't understand why people think they are entitled to the same stuff carried over from.each game. It's the developers decision. We've lost cars and we've gained cars in each edition so far. And I would much rather have 200 decent interesting cars than over a 1000 some.of which are poorly ported old versions and 40 variants of a car I would never use. The numbers game is not where the winning comes from anymore. It's the quality. I have nobdoubt fm5 will have quality in spades.
