Crash - whose fault is it?
Hey Guys,
I had a V8 Supercar Series race today and got into an incident. I made a video from some different views.
My question is: "Which driver is to blame?" The one in the Yellow/Black Ford or the Green/Black Holden?
Thanks for helping me...

6 to 1, half a dozen for the other. Both drivers could have prevented it, racing incident.

black/yellow car is at fault. has plenty of time to slow down on seeing the 2 cars leave the pit lane, he then leaves the track to try and overtake the black/green car around the outside.

Re: Crash - whose fault is it?
break at 12h bathurst - time to have a look on what you wrote so far
first of all: thank u for your feedback!
i don't think black/yellow is off track (we said 2 tyres off track is ok...) if this was a normal situation, not a pit exit, i'd also say that it is yellows fault. But the other car is clearly slower and could've let one (or at least 3/4) car width space.
@AMR Garage
This is not a TORA race - it's a race from Xbox-Motorsport a small german raceevent page...

Re: Crash - whose fault is it?
The pit lane exit on this track does not help either. In order to get around the next turn at the top of that hill requires to be as far left as possible , if he wasnt going to hit into the black and yellow car before the turn, he would have hit him on the exit of it. No win situation here I think.

Re: Crash - whose fault is it?
agree on that... i'll stick to racing incident, "yellow" lost 15 sec, that should be enough penalty.
again thanks
again thanks
