Actually, it's not. We aren't going for the fastest times in the world here. We're going for the fastest time under a determined set of rules and parameters, hence why it's both silly and illegal to do so for USGT.

I dont know how people are getting 20s an sub 20s I cant find any more than a 23 were am I going wrong. (Ohhh wait I know I need to own the game abit longer lol)

1:21.9 McLaren, Struggling in a straight line though

Jonno you just need to get way more aggressive and familiarize yourself with the fastest line and how hard you can push your car. Ideally, you want to brake just late enough to where you're at maximum braking force and get the car right on the inside (or wherever the best entry point on a corner is), and then get on the gas early enough to where you get maximum exit speed and the car is just on the outside of the track without managing to fly off. That's my basic mentality when cornering, but it's important to find a driving style that best suits you and then base your tuning and even car choices around that.

Bw my friend... How is trying to set the USGT track record different from a leader board other then you can pick a bs car put it on drag tires and build it to 800pi qualifying IS THE ULTIMATE LEADERBOARD

Because there are rules that USGT implements that leaderboards don't, and you don't have an unlimited amount of laps to do. It's different, so quit saying it's not.

I hate this track. I have no idea how to drive it consistently lol this sucks.
