LAP TIMES OF THE FINAL ROUND AT LE MANS OLD LAYOUT

My best at Le mans Layout is a 4:28:104 w/ my baseline set.

1:31 at LeMans? That's almost three minutes up on the best I have seen.

Wow. I must have learned alot after SIM racing came to control my life.^^

Changed the time. I ran again and noticed my numbers are soo small i can barley see. but yes my fastest lap at Le mans in the El Camino is 4:27:463

I spent an hour tweaking my Superspeedway base tune to fit LeMans, and got down to 4:18.9xx, now I have to go around the track and find where I am making driving mistakes, as I feel I should be in the 4:16-17 range.

I use minimum downforce and set the gearing to a max of 170 MPH. I've tried all gearboxes, and found the Sport box most efficient for this track. Chances are that in the draft, I will be hammering on my rev limiter, so I may have to adjust the gears different for race than qualifying.

Done a few laps without setup at 4.16 so far,just need to set it up now!

4:13.8. Lost about a second on it.

I dont know what I am doin wrong or DID wrong but I am a couple seconds slower than the pack.x_x can someone send me a set up please

Fastest I have done with my set so far is 4:22

I don't know if tunes are that important here. I just got a low 4:12 with street springs.

^ I wish I had thought of that. My "tune" was okay for speed, but handled poorly and flipped easily. Had I run something more conventional, I may not have had deadly aero wash, which may have saved me from my first flip of three.

Race springs were more forgiving as far as flipping, but lower grade springs give you an extra mile an hour or two, probably because of the increased ride height.
