North America Spec Cup

The spec series on TORA are really starting to gain traction, especially on FM5. Its such a great starter series for young and new members to the community that can try and get their feet wet in virtual racing. And as a pitlane series, it will still draw the attention of TORA regulars to compete in for recognition and awards.

As a community, I feel we could help deliver this series to a suitable timezone for any one US Eastern to Australia time slots on the weekdays.

But first I would like to ask feedback from anyone interested and if the interest is up, we can bring it up to the staff for a chance at a pitlane spec series for the North American and Australia members to have access to.

Something I feel would help bolster the stable of great pitlane series put on by TORA for its community on FM5.

I'm on board. I really don't mind the time zone thing. I don't know about Australia but 8pm BST is 3pm EST so it's not too too much of a problem for me. But I like the idea of encompassing the US and Australia. I'd also like to see would be an American style race in an american time zone and an Aussie style race in Australia time zone

I would love a US Spec cup as long as its not just muscle cars over and over again.

at the time of my post, 8:37pm EST, it is 10:37am in Aus (at least where ErebusV8 calls home)

Im looking at rotating cars but to begin with the MX-5 Cup car, and im thinking Thursdays, around 8pm Est?

I'd like to see a rally america style spec cup. Get open light or group 2 class racing. The only bad thing is it'd be a road coarse not dirt.

Soundwave, I was thinking in NATCC or Toyota GT86 Challenge. I shared my tuning setup if you want to try it. This car have 300hp and it weight is 2300lbs; good speed and good handling. Let me know if you are interesting on this. Thank you!

Dtech, I'm leaving Tuesdays open for the return of a natcc, either on fm4 or fm5.

And I'll check the car out once we get the green light for this.
