September Spec Cup Announment

Hello one and all

Finally it is time to announce the next car for the Spec Cup on Forza Motor Sport 5.

The origianl plan was to run the Formula Ford as the September Spec cup but due to the Formula E car being added recently I have changed my mind.

I am going to do a first in the Spec Cup and run two Spec Cups at the same time starting on Monday 1st September for 10 weeks of racing.

First off we will be using the Formula Ford Racing car



This will be run completely stock with no upgrades or tuning allowed. This will start on Monday 1st September and run fortnightly. 3 races per night running roughly 15 mins per race.

I am using the Formula Ford as a support series to the Formula E Spec Cup



This car will have Race Tires and full tire width, unlike the Formula Ford this car can be tuned, the first race in this car will be Monday 8th September and run Fortnightly. 2 races per night with the first running for 20 minutes with the 2nd running for about 30 minutes.

You can enter both series if you wish and registration is open right away.

The calendar for both series will be as follows

FF = Formula Ford, FE = Formula E

FF - Monday 1st September – Silverstone – International
FE - Monday 8th September – Silverstone – International
FF - Monday 15th September – Le Mans – Bugatti
FE - Monday 22nd September – Le Mans – Bugatti
FF - Monday 29th September - Nurburgring – Full
FE - Monday 6th October - Nurburgring – Full
FF - Monday 13th October – Catalunya – National
FE - Monday 20th October – Catalunya – Full
FF - Monday 27th October – Silverstone – National Circuit
FE - Monday 3rd November – Silverstone – Grand Prix
