The FIA also enacted new licensing rules for 2016. A driver must have scored at least 40 points over the previous three years to be eligible to race in F1. Not sure of the details of how or where the points are accumulated. I think they have been bringing young drivers up too quickly. They don't yet have the maturity needed for competition at that level. Senna is a perfect example. I think the kid had some skills, but just wasn't ready yet.

I can't wait for this season to start!! It's going to be very interesting to see how it plays out. I really hope Alonso and Vettle have a great year and stick it to everyone!! LOL

Loving the fact that only Williams so far have gone for the slightly diminished gentleman sausage nose. Hoping the rest of the cars go the more attractive route too.
