Not sure I'm doing this yet, I've been doing the odd 10 lap race with friends and it always ends in disaster. Hoping the update helps.

Anyway in GT3 i've managed a 32.7 round oulton park, got 2 wheels on the grass and the second half of the lap was scruffy, so I should be able to get a 31 with a good clean lap.

That was in the Aston Martin, but I also like the Z4 and Audi R8. It's cool to see most of the GT3 cars looking competitive.

That's really good in the Aston dude! My best is a 32.2 rn with it, though Ive had laps shaping up to be 31's. Have you had any luck with the tuning on these cars?

Not really, the cars aren't to bad stock. I've just been tweaking tyre pressures, diff and ride height mainly around Oulton.

Running 36 in the RUF, been messing with the setting. All i hope is it dont rain on race day, just cant keep it on the track, hope the controller update makes it a bit easier.

Have to say, I have tried and tested all the GT3 cars that are available and I can't seem to get anywhere near these times that guys are running. even when I feel I've absolutely nailed the lap I am lucky if I can get into the mid 35s. Do you think the controller is making that much of a difference? I have changed the controller settings but have I gone the wrong way?

You went a lot of time all 4 wheels off the track which means your lap does not count.... but if the game let it.... why not ? Can we do this in TORA races yes or no ?

According to the rules, no. TORA sporting regulations say that at least 2 tires must remain on track (i.e. not curbing) at all times. So if someone raced with the lines used in Gregtwo's video, they could be subject to an SI for track limit violations.

Oulton is weird because everyone runs wide on the areas with runoff. T1, T9? And the last turn are the main examples. Brands hatch is similar in that the runoffs get used constantly.

In my experiences on iRacing, you use that run off, so I'd call it fair to allow those lines.
