are we allowed to use rims as long as they dont change the weight of the car? i have rims on my honda but it didnt change anything they were the same as the ones that come with the car they just look better

As in the past (i can see you're new to TORA), if it isn't listed in the Build List, it isn't allowed.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
After extensive testing by members of the TORA community, we have found one version of the Honda Civic WTCC is more dominant than the other, thus resulting in its removal. During the same testing, the extra grip in the full tire widths on the BMW was found to be excessive. Please view the new build for the BMW in the first post of thread.  Drivers who have signed up for the #5 Civic are asked to transfer your work on the #2 Civic. Entry List entries will be updated accordingly.  We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause; our aim in this change was to create the best competition possible.

Can you please confirm the build for the BMW? With the build provided, I get everything except the weight, which is at 2,380#.
