Race 1: Prague

Welcome one and all!

Please ensure you've signed in to the race first.
There's a couple of points to remember about the race on Friday.

1) It's a 50 lap race so PLEASE take care.
2) There is a mandatory pit stop. The window for this is between laps 10-30

We will be running promptly so qualifying at 8pm sharp and the race as soon as qualifying times are all in.
As we stand we have one lobby so once the data has been input into the sheet we'll arrange the grid in lobby and go. Should go swingingly!

In the Formula E its easily under a minute.

A lot of the laptimes for the tracks we're using will be in the 48-58 second range. Should mean we have some really good, close racing.
Please remember the mandatory pitstop tonight between laps 10-30.

Ok, thank you to everyone who took part tonight. Sorry it was a little fraught with the lobby chat!
We will make a couple of changes ahead of round 2. I'll be moving damage to cosmetic purely so people aren't suffering race ending (or nearly race ending) shunts so early in the event.
We will also look at lobby capacity - 1 full lobby was chosen because primarily it had worked well enough at Lime Rock (we were running easily 20+) seemingly lobby chat has gotten worse. I'm astonished MS hasn't effected any changes to this as it was an issue even with Project CARS!
It's fair to say that driving was ok tonight and the majority of issues sounded as if it was due to some occasions of over exuberance (me) and some occasions of lack of communication (as above!).

I appreciate you all sticking it out. Thank you all again and hope to see you all for Round 2!

Agree with you on the smaller lobbies Matt, but I think damage should stay on .

Racing last night was fun but truly mental at Prague. Apart from tyres being scattered across the track comms was the main issue. Apologies to anyone lapping me it was very tricky spotting you approaching without any comms,.

Most heard words "Crash at chicane!"

I think any real marshals at the chicane would have quickly got RSI with yellow flag waving!
