At the end of this year, our number clearout and registration process will be changing, to register for a number, you will do this as you sign up to an event, this will be to ensure that only numbers that are being used are taken. For clearouts, there will be a check of all docs to find out who actually raced, and if you hadn't raced in at least 5 rounds you may lose your number.

So for someone like myself that can only run during the week, so wouldnt be entering a Sunday Series for example, would #16 be available for that Sunday series as its not being used. Sorry for the questions just seems that a personalized driver number will no longer be the case, iinstead be a series number.

Also, as an example, the recent TCC series, i could only make three rounds due to being in hospital, so i could lose my number for the following series in TCC, isnt that discouraging drivers who can only make a round or two

No sir, I think you may have misinterpreted.

You have #16 for TORA in general. We're not going to have different people with the same number in different series.

What we're doing is making sure those that have numbers actually race. Those that don't will lose their number.
